However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. We are happy to offer a full refund on items returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order (less postage charges). Items must be returned unopened and with the seal fully intact and in the condition they were purchased.

NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on lip products. Sale items or samples are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

ASSESSMENT & REFUND:

All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. The refund amount will take approximately 3-7 days to reflect in your account. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that postage charges are not refunded. If you used a promotion voucher and your order no longer qualifies after the return, the voucher value will be deducted from your refund.
